Good food. Really friendly staff.

They did not get my take out order correct so I had to drive ALL the way back to get it corrected. The food was "old" - had been sitting under the heat lamp too long. But they did correct my order and refunded my money for the inconvenience.

Janine is the best! There is another young gal with shorter hair and glasses who is super friendly everytime I come in! They really make a difference in your experience!

Although they just remodeled this restaurant (Spring 2019) the food, service and taste of the food is still all the same. There are a few new menu options, but overall the same taste as the rest of the original food menu. It's generic Chinese food - it's good for a quick bite and a clean building - but don't expect knock-your-socks-off food or service.

Stopped in for some quick take out Chinese food. I had a Dynasty combo meal with bourbon chicken and orange chicken along with fried rice and noodles. Both chicken dishes were very dry and the noodles were mushy. The lady taking the order was rude and seemed put out when I also asked for some egg rolls. The order came to nearly $20, twice as much as it should have been for the low quality of food. Won't be going back anytime soon.

The restaurant is always clean and the staff is friendly...however, over the past few months, it seems like the food quality has been suffering. I eat at this restaurant about two times a week and at different times throughout the month, and it seems like the food has been dried out or lacking flavor. I do get it to-go but I only live a few minutes away so I don't think that's the main reason. This is unfortunate because I love this place and the food but I don't like to spend money on food that I can barely eat when I get home. I have said something the last two times I've stopped, but the only response I get is that the food is fresh and I can get a sauce cup if I'd like...not really the answer I look for when I've had close to 8-10meals that haven't been satisfying. Hopefully it gets better soon!

I really like this Leann Chin! It's rarely busy and it is really huge. I have only been here a couple of times, but it's a long-time favorite with no complaints other than that they often close off the booth sections of the restaurant.

Everything looks good now that the remodel its done!!

Food is always cold.. second time coming around lunch time and food was not good because it was cold. Great service though.

My family of 5 just left this restaurant, sadly very disappointed. We've been here before with generally no complaints, but today 4 of the 6 entrées were cold. Not warm, room temperature cold. It made me wonder if the sections of warmers weren't on, but that would imply either the food has been sitting a while with the warmers off, or the warmers were on, but the food came from the fridge. 2 stars instead of 1 to give credit for the previous, satisfactory visits. - 11/4/17 Lunch visit at noon.

Good orange chicken

Nice and friendly with fresh selections cook daily. No long lines and the restaurant was well managed. The place was well clean which is a bonus for me whne im just relaxing and enjoying family bonding time.

I went there on my lunch break and ordered the lemon chicken. When I returned to work to eat my lunch, I realized that the chicken was still raw in the middle. When I called to inform the location of this, all they said was thank you for letting them know and they will make sure the "chicken rests longer". Sounds like it needs to be cooked longer. Regardless, I am out the $9.00 I spent on this meal as I did not want to eat undercooked chicken.

I use to come here a lot but recently the quality has gone rock bottom. The food is always old and never taste fresh. Not satisfied with The small scoop of fried rice either. There are Better choices that are nearby...

Fresh, hot and the curry was spicy.

Typically eat here 2 nights a week for the past year and the service is exceptional. The night team has been the same pretty much since I started going and do a great job!

Good food, you can sample different items if your not sure what you want. My wife and I enjoy the Mongolian chicken, sesame chicken, and orange chicken. All of those are usually very good. The fried rice is also delicious. Service is good here, and the restaurant always seems super clean.

New management is super friendly and the team is always very happy. the food is always fresh and delicious at this location.

Even Worse than a Panda Express. And we obviously don’t consider PE to be good Chinese food ( we are a first gen Chinese family based in SF so we know Chinese food)

Ok quick food with low cal options

If you like a place where you find hair in your food and your food has been sitting under heat lamps for an hour, this is the place for you. I've given this location plenty of chances but every time I come here it's a bad experience. The employees are also very rude. Asking for a cup of water seems like an inconvenience. I will keep going to the Savage location where I know I will get friendly service and always fresh food!

I went today (8/27) around 230ish and the woman working was so nice. It's very refreshing going somewhere and the employees are cheerful. Five stars and she should get a raise for her awesome service!

Ran into Leeann’s to grab a few bottles of Peking sauce, I “try” to make it at home. Everything looked so fresh, smelled so good and the place was so clean, I could not resist ordering a party pack as a surprise treat for the family. I was helped by Cassie, who couldn’t have been nicer! Super polite and professional. Wearing face mask and gloves, you could tell safety was very important to her. So glad Leeanns Is open again!!!

I've been to Leeann chin many times. They're usually a solid choice for quick chinese, at a reasonable price. Today the rice was good, the wontons were good, and the chicken was saltier than anything I've had this year. I went through two refills and only made it through half by chicken. My friend was along too. We compared the taste to our exes. I think the chicken would win in a blind taste test.

When I ordered my food to go, I drove less than 4 minuets and my food was cold so I heated it up in the microwave. I didn’t even n ate half of my food and my stomach was feeling terrible, I don’t know but I think I had some food poisoning from eating that. I use to love eating Leeann chin before but I feel it has lost its quality a while ago, and now I’ll never eat there ever again.

Tried to use a bogo reward. The cashier rang it up and it only took off 4 dollars. I told him it only took off four dollars. He didn't respond at all and finalized the transaction. So i asked for a manager. Who came to the agreement the easy solution is a free entree card. Ok great. Other than they never bagged my food or finished dishing one of the items. So i requested they bag my food and give me what i ordered. Then the worker behind the counter tried to make me wait for them to do those two things until after he rang up everyone else in line. I refused. And demanded they finish my transaction. Then they realised the spanish kid gave half my order to the people in front of me because he never bothered to bag it. He was clearly high and was almost incapable of speaking he was so stoned. The manager tried his best, but every breath the spanish kid took was an error.

I love LeeAnn Chin's. This location was just remodeled and is clean and well-kept. The food is always delicious, hot and fresh. I'm currently really feeling their coconut curry (healthier, lighter option), but I also really enjoy their sesame chicken and their orange chicken!

Quick in and out for delicious Asian food. Food looks fresh & tasty. Love the app, also, to earn points toward free entrees.

Quick service. Fresh, flavorful food. Great for a quick lunch on the go! There is no table service, but there is a comfortable, clean dining area to relax while you eat. Also easy to pick up something to go.

Fast friendly service, food was good, restaurant was clean. Good selection and I feel I have many selections to pick from that I like.

Amazing kitchen and staff, received excellent costumer service from a pretty blonde in management. This is my favorite Leeanne Chin now. What a superb suburban super delight👍🍜
